1. How to Play: One-Thumb Slingshot
Ball Champ: Demon Striker is a single-player soccer roguelite played in portrait. Line up bank shots, protect your own goal and build upgrades during each run:
- Aim: Touch and pull back on the playfield to preview your shot. Menu buttons have their own actions.
- Release to Shoot: Release your touch to launch the ball through the demon arena.
- Bank Shots: Bounce off walls to reach another angle. Your selected upgrades can add damage, piercing or other effects.
- Draft Upgrades & Evolutions: Choose upgrades during a run, including lightning, freezing shots and extra balls. Compatible picks can form evolutions.
- Goalbreak: Build Charge through demon hits, then break the demon gate. Recall the ball when you need to set up a different shot.
2. Purchases, ads and random rewards
The game contains ads and optional in-app purchases. Check each offer's contents and local price before confirming:
- In-App Purchases: Purchases can provide currency, equipment, passes, subscriptions and other gameplay benefits, including faster progression. Available offers can differ by platform, country and game version.
- Ads: Rewarded videos are optional. The game can also show full-screen ads at breaks or while loading, and a banner on Home. Forced ads do not interrupt active matches or tutorial contracts. Ad-removal benefits apply as described on the qualifying purchase or subscription offer.
- Paid Random Rewards: The purchase screen shows the applicable odds and guarantees before you spend money or purchasable game currency on random rewards.
3. Purchases and restores
Google Play handles checkout on Android; Apple's App Store handles checkout on iPhone and iPad. The store shows the local price before payment. RevenueCat helps verify purchases and restore eligible content. If a purchase is interrupted, reopen the game with an internet connection and use Restore Purchases in Settings. Contact support if an item remains missing; do not make another purchase just to report the problem.
Restore Purchases recovers eligible store-reported content and active entitlements. It does not re-credit consumed Coins, Gems or Rift Tickets, or restore a complete local game save. Keep your saved game data. Web previews cannot complete real checkout.
Auto-renewing subscriptions show their period, price and benefits before confirmation. Manage or cancel them in Google Play Subscriptions on Android or your Apple account's subscriptions on iPhone and iPad. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund past payments.

4. Contact support
If you encounter a problem, include the game version, device model, Android or iOS version, and steps that reproduce it:
- Purchase Help: Include the store's order or transaction reference if available. Do not send payment-card details, passwords or recovery codes.
- Direct Inquiries: Email ops@dizzywalk.com with the game name and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
- Troubleshooting: Update the game, check your connection for store or ad problems, and restart the app. Avoid clearing the app's data or uninstalling it while you are trying to recover missing local progress or currency.
